What do you understand by cupping therapy?

 One of the oldest and most efficient ways to remove toxins from body tissue and organs is through cupping therapy. Other names for it include horn therapy, suction cupping, and hijama cupping. To create suction, the therapist uses specific cups on the skin. This increases blood flow to the damaged area by forcing the tissue beneath the cup to be pulled up and expanded. Impurities and toxins are drawn away from the adjacent tissues and organs and towards the surface for disposal as a result of increased blood flow beneath the cups. Pure Hijama Cupping Therapist (Female only and Mobile service available) based on  Firswood have various types of cupping therapies like;

Wet cupping / Hijama - By leaving a cup in place for around three minutes, wet cupping produces a slight suction. Your skin is then lightly and minutely sliced with a little knife by the therapist after removing the cup. They then perform a second suction to remove a small amount of blood.

Dry cupping - Placing a plastic or glass cup on the skin will vacuum or suction the air out of the container. The cups can typically be used either when stationary or while moving.

Flash cupping - With little retention, cups are applied quickly and often. It eases local congestion and promotes movement across a larger area.

Sliding cupping/oil cupping - It involves applying massage oils, attaching cups to the body, and then gliding them around a target location.
